Yogi Dhruvaji

Yogi Dhruvaji is a sadhaka of Truth and a carrier of living wisdom, walking the yogic path for over four decades in silent dedication. His life is offered as seva—a sacred service—for the awakening of the body, breath, mind, heart, and innermost self (antaratman).

Guided by compassion and the call of service to humanity, he founded the Antistress Foundation (a 501(c)(3) charitable trust in the USA, Switzerland, and India) to freely transmit the timeless science of Yoga, so that every seeker may remember their innate wholeness, strength, and freedom. Yoga is not taught — it is awakened.

Born of both Gyana and Vigyana, Yogi Dhruvaji is an MSc Gold Medalist in Physical Chemistry from IIT Bombay (1989–1994) and holds an MD in Yoga Therapy from Jaipur. He is a DSOT-Certified Sound Therapist and an E-RYT 500 and YACEP Master Teacher with Yoga Alliance. In him, modern science harmonizes with ancient wisdom, and the seen dissolves into the unseen.

An awakened yogi established in inner stillness (sthitha-pragya), his voice arises from the seven chakras, resonating as Nada — the unstruck sound. Through his personal six-hour daily yoga sadhana of asana, pranayama, mantra, sound, and deep meditation, he abides in sahaja balance, gratitude, and harmony — day and night, without interruption.

He teaches that joy (Ananda), creativity (Shakti), confidence, clarity, expressiveness, insight (Pragya), and wisdom (Gyana) naturally unfold from a fully awakened Heart Chakra (Anahata), radiant with gratitude, compassion, forgiveness, self-love, and selfless care.

When the heart is full of love, the Self shines unobstructed.

With devotion and precision, Yogi Dhruvaji shares profoundly recorded or carefully tuned yogic sounds, mantras, and sacred vibrations for healing, alignment, and inner transformation. Each sound is personally attuned, infused with intention, silence, and grace — guiding the seeker inward toward balance, harmony, and empowerment.

He currently offers teachings in Yoga Philosophy for Self-Empowerment at Nirvana Yoga School in Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World — where the Ganga flows as a living mantra. Over the past three to four decades, he has selflessly guided tens of thousands of seekers, gently pointing them toward their own inner Guru.

“Tat Tvam Asi — You are the Self.”
In his presence, Yoga is not practiced.
It is lived, sounded, and awakened.
